What is the 2-pair offer?

2 pairs = -€10 + free shipping. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, without a code, starting from 2 ARAKOW CRAWL™ pairs — regardless of the colors (BLACK, RED, or both) and sizes. The €10 discount is applied once per order.

Which sizes are available?

ARAKOW CRAWL™ comes in 8 sizes: 36, 37, 38, 39-40, 41-42, 42.5-43, 43.5-44, and 44.5-45.

How do I choose my size?

Consult the size guide. The measurements indicated are supplier measurements provided for reference. Any doubts? Write to us before ordering.

Which colors are available?

Two colors: BLACK (CRAWL BLACK) and RED (CRAWL RED).

How much does shipping cost?

In metropolitan France: standard shipping at €2.99 for 1 pair, free from 2 pairs. The exact costs are displayed at checkout. All details: Shipping page.

How can I track my order?

As soon as it ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link when available. You can also view your orders from your customer account.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without justification (return shipping costs are at your expense in the event of a simple change of mind). Defective or non-conforming product: return shipping costs are covered by us. See Returns & refunds and the withdrawal form.

Is payment secure?

Yes, payment is made via the secure Shopify checkout. The available payment methods are those displayed on the checkout page.
