Delivery zone

We currently deliver only to Metropolitan France (including Corsica).

Delivery fees

  • Standard delivery: €2.99
  • "2-pair" offer: for every two pairs of ARAKOW CRAWL™ in the same order (any colors and sizes), standard delivery is free and a €10 discount is applied automatically, once per order.

The exact amount of the fees is always displayed before you confirm your order.

Carrier

Your order is entrusted to a carrier that may vary depending on the shipping terms. When a tracking number is available, it will be sent to you by email in the shipping confirmation. You can also view your orders from your customer account.

Delivery time

The delivery time or date is indicated to you before you confirm your order. In the absence of an indication, we undertake to deliver to you no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with Article L. 216-1 of the Consumer Code.

In case of delay

If your order is not delivered by the scheduled date or within the indicated timeframe, you may request that we deliver within a reasonable additional period, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by writing on another durable medium (for example, an email to arakow.contact@gmail.com). If delivery does not take place within this period, you may terminate the contract. You may terminate the contract immediately if we refuse to deliver or if the delivery date was an essential condition of the contract for you.

In the event of termination, we will refund all sums paid, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days after the termination of the contract (Articles L. 216-1 and following of the Consumer Code).

Lost or damaged package

Until you (or a person designated by you) take physical possession of your order, the risks of loss or damage during transport are borne by us. If your package is lost, does not arrive, or arrives damaged, please contact us: we will proceed with a new shipment or a refund.

We recommend that you check your package upon receipt and report any problems to us promptly. This recommendation does not reduce your rights under legal warranties.

Delivery address

Please ensure that your address is accurate and complete when placing your order. In case of an error, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can attempt to correct it before shipping.
