Withdrawal Form
You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification (see Article 10 of the T&Cs and the Returns & refunds page).
How to do it? Copy the form below, complete it, and send it:
- by email to arakow.contact@gmail.com (subject: "Withdrawal");
- or by mail to: ARAKOW – Jhanell KATUMBA DIBALA, 24 avenue de la République, 37170 Chambray-lès-Tours, France.
The use of this form is optional: you may also send us any other unambiguous statement expressing your wish to withdraw. If you send it by email, we will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal without delay.

To facilitate the processing of your request, you may also indicate, if known, your order number, your order date, your receipt date, and the email address used when placing the order. This information is optional and does not affect the validity of your withdrawal.
After your withdrawal
- Return the product to the address above no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision.
- The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.
- We will refund you no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision (initial delivery costs included, up to the standard delivery rate), using the same means of payment. We may defer the refund until we have received the product or proof of its dispatch.
Defective, damaged, or non-compliant product? This is not a withdrawal: consult the "Defective or non-compliant product" section of the Returns & refunds page. Return shipping costs will then be at our expense.
